Community Education Series

NOVA School kicks off the 2013 – 2014 Community Education Series at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16 with a presentation by the new Head of School Barbara Mitchell Hutton. The presentation “Living with Asynchrony: Who is that Child in my Daughter/Son’s Bedroom” will explore the fascinating and challenging characteristic of uneven development common among highly capable students. The information and discussion is designed to provide increased awareness and strategies for parents, teachers and counselors who live and work with highly capable and gifted people.

The presentation is free and open to the community.  NOVA School is located at 2020 22^nd Avenue SE, Olympia. RSVP to eventsatnova@gmail.com is not required but will help with planning.
